Structures and Materials Laboratories

The Structures and Materials Laboratories in METUWIND focuses on mechanical testing, characterization and computational modeling of structural components and materials used in the Aerospace and Wind Energy industries.

The Structures and Materials Laboratories consist of three specific testing facilities:

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Demirkan ÇÖKER

Lab Coordinator

STRUCTURES and MATERIALS LABORATORIES

Composite Materials Characterization Lab

There are three main focus areas of the "Composite Material Characterization Laboratory": Composite material characterization; Composite material manufacturing; and Design, analysis, and optimization of structures composed of composite materials.
